Another great cd from the ministry of muse!
intro - the intro is a great intro , it sets the scene for the rest of the cd perfectly but it is a slow at times, it has a good tune and links very well with apocalypse please.
Apocalypse please - this is a good piano tune but very hard to tackle on piano if you want to learn it, it has a good intro and has that blown away feeling throughout, matts voice is very good and normally very high at points at dom's drumming is the best i've heard.
Time is running out - this song is very nice it has a good intro and maintains that musey feeling throughout, chris is really showing off is techniques in this piece but personally this song is not for me.
Sing for Absolution - when i first heard this song i thought that it was nothing special but after a while it progressed on me and finally i have fallen in love with it. The piano part for this is very good my fave piano part but when the guitar comes in at the chorus that really sets the seen. and the video is very sexy.
Falling away with you/interlude - this song is my leats fave but sounds very nice on acoustic but personally i think it was very boring. the interlude i like though it reminds me of my childhood hehe.
Hysteria - i think this is the greatest bass line ever invented because it is amazingly good timed and i cant get it out of my mind and everyone wants to learn it. matts singing is not the best but his solo is great.
Blackout - dull and boring.
butterflies and hurricanes - all my friends say this is a great song but presonally its a little bland for me but i do like the lyrics. and matts singing isd pretty cool.
the small print - i like this song ,i think its very catchy with a great guitar part. my mate loves it and so do i.
endlessly - this has a different feeling to the rest of the album. its really quite slow, i've learnt the drumming and it is great for drummers per bliss.
Ruled by secrecy - great song shame chris sounds a little bummed.
