Muse crowned Telegraphs Best Live Band of the Year

Muse have been chosen as the Telegraph's Best Live Band of the Year in today's Review section special.

David Cheal (telegraph writer)
There can only be one live band of the year: Muse. The Devon three-piece have consistently won awards for their stage shows, and with last month's tour they showed why: they're so overwhelmingly big. There are only three of them (though on stage they are joined by a chap playing keyboards and guitar), but they make a huge, rafter-rattling noise, put on a dazzling show of lights and screens and hydraulics, and frontman Matt Bellamy swoops and swirls and fires off fabulous solos and gives it his all. Sensational

Muse, Wembley Arena: Easily the best live band on the planet.
