And in come the reviews....
Muse - Supermassive Black Hole
Release Date: 19/06/06
Is it just us, or have Muse been listening to a little too much Goldfrapp? Where once stood Matt Bellamy's shrieking vocals that could shatter mirrors at ten paces, guitar riffs that lasted longer than the songs themselves, and theatrics Andrew Lloyd Webber would struggle to better, now remains controlled harmonies, sleazy basslines, and bubblegum pop beats.
If 'Supermassive Black Hole' is any indication of what to expect from the inevitably peculiarly-named 'Black Holes And Revelations', then you'll be casting aside any faux-Radiohead derisions, and replacing them with disco balls.
