I'm glad it ain't Unsustainable. Just hearing that dubstep part as a first song from new album would have made me worry more than needed.

So it's called Survival, not Unsustainable. Where did that name come from? This is giving me more doubts about the name "The 2nd Law" for the album when the count down is for something called "Entropy".
Survival reminds me of "survival of the fitness" (something my Dutch teacher once said when trying to speak English) or "survival of the fattest", which it is now.

We are very excited to announce that a Muse song, Survival, has been selected by the London Olympic committee to be the main official song for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The worldwide radio exclusive will be tonight on BBC Radio 1 during Zane Lowe's show around 19:30 and will be available to buy on iTunes and in the muse.mu store immediately afterwards.

I love the fact that they went into the studio and went "Right, we're amazing, we can probably get the theme song for the Olympics because of that so let's pretty much write it a year and a half before it starts."
And regarding the cover art, because it's just an Olympic release and it's only a download single and probably won't get a physical release, I don't think it's that bad really. Shows it's the Olympic single and that's good enough. The shade of yellow is lovely too

Is someone able to see the song in iTunes? Maybe with a 30-sec preview?
On the news page there's a link to iTunes (yellow "coming soon")
But when I try that link it says: not available in the Dutch store...

I think it's because it'll be released on there as soon as it's been played on the radio. Because it's gonna be released in full so soon, I doubt they'll put a pre-order link with a 30 sec sample, that coming soon is just a placeholder for later tonight.
