The first half of ( ) is the closest thing to perfection i've ever heard. #3 is just stunning, especially when it moves up an octave at the end.

I must see them live. I've heard so much great stuff about the shows, and I must see it. I don't want my favourites to disappear off the sets.
Untitled #8 is a closer right now, and I would love to see that live. It is the best closing track possible. This is a recent setlist.
It's been their closer for a long time indeed. I saw them a little over a year ago and after two encores they finished with it. It's awesome. Go see them!
And yeah, for £20 you get a seriously long set. I had backache and painful feet at the end of it, from simply standing still for well over an hour and a half. It was brilliant.

Ever seen the video? It's gay. Literally.
The wierdest video is Svefn-G-Englar. It's people with Down's Syndrome dancing for 6 minutes before falling asleep one by one for the next 3 minutes. Do you have the patience to watch it all?
The Saeglopur vid reminds me off that old bank advert with that boy swimming around underwater. Beating those scary looking divers to get that big pearl.
All their videos are weird and long as hell. Listening to the long music doesn't affect me because I love it, but watching videos of em is too much.

Well, Jonsi is gay so I'm not exactly surprised
Am I the only one who's not so keen on Takk? My fave's () followed by Agaetis Byrjun. Really want to see Pop Song live too. That'd be incredible
Treasure time and savour taste

I like Takk, but I like () much more.
I thought Jonsi had kids...?

I thought the same thing. But I love them to death so whatever they do, it's great to me.

It takes time for the older generation to catch on to Sigur Ros.
What matters to me is that they're still making great music & I cannot wait for their next release.

My Mum knows I really like them, but hadn't heard them until today.
I was up in my room and Mum called up the stairs asking whether it was music.
I was listening to Svefn-G-Englar and she thought it sounded like a wolf on TV. She doesn't like it.
oh yes. mothers and sigur ros.
I get: "what the hell is that you're listening to? It sounds like a funeral!"
tg for headphones.

I always love torturing my parents w/ Sigur Ros on the stereo. Eventually, they begin to like a few of the songs.

Untitled #9A is one of my favourite songs. It's a stunning piece of work, especially seeing as though it started off as a remix of Vaka.

It's such an amazing piece by them. Everytime I listen to it, it gets to me, and it puts a smile on my face. That's why I don't care what others say about them, especially if they've never given Sigur a chance.

So has anyone heard Hvarf-Heim yet? I got my copy today and it's so amazing! The new tracks are great, I really like Salka and Hljomalind. And the acoustic tracks are beautiful, they exceeded my expectations.
