I like Nishe with the piano, without it it's a bit empty.
I'm sure they will do something special for Wembley. They can't come up with that Spaceship thing or the towers again. And the setlist will be a bit special I guess.

Personally, I am not too bothered what songs are played. In terms of being at Wembley, I will no doubt be loving it even if the setlist is the same as previous gigs  In terms of bootleg recordings, don't forget that the instrument tuning was pretty much the same on the BH&R tour as the Resistance tour, so songs such as Space Dementia, Apocalypse Please, Micro Cuts, Showbiz, Muscle Museum, Sunburn (both guitar and piano), Fury, Sing for Abolution, Blackout, Assassin, Invincible, Exopolitics, City of Delusion and Hoodoo will all sound very similar to what they did when they last appeared AND WOULD THEY ACTUALLY SOUND BETTER ( I mean Showbiz at Reading Fest is it's top performance for me). I would be more interested to see what Small Print, Darkshines, Uno and Hypermusic would sound like.

I agree with this. I'd like for Matt to show the fans that he has not completely disregarded Showbiz as part of the bands history, which it seems like he is nearing unfortunately.

I don't know why he would (apart from being "embarassed" of earlier songwriting efforts as it were), as Showbiz is an amazing album with (oddly) some of their best work so far.
I'd love to hear them crack out Muscle Museum, Escape or (guitar) Cave every once in a while. I could see the guitar/piano transition working well in Cave too if he could attempt it.

I would like Unintended as well, a lot of people seem not that keen on it but I've only had songs from Showbiz at my first Muse gig and Unintended was not among them.

I'm sorry, but Showbiz (the song) would still work, it's easily one of the best songs he's ever written, why that gets neglected so much, that the last time he played it was Manchester 11/11/06, if I'm not mistaken, I'll never know. That song is just fantastic and deserves more plays than it gets nowadays.

Totally agree with this. ^ Instead of something they play every gig, they should throw this one in there. Or change nothing else and play a setlist 1 song longer than usual.

Well yeah, it doesn't get played at all :P They still put on a great show but the lack of diversity is just plain lazy. Plus, its not asif muse songs are all that hard, and especially to relearn. According to matt they never need to practice anyway. "We only want to play songs that everyone wants to hear", pretty convenient that you only need to learn 20-25 for an entire year of festivals stadiums and tours.

I think that's just an excuse to not play it..it's always possible to play that song like he used to do back in the day (round 2001)

EXACTLY. I've been saying that for ages but no-one seems to take notice.
For example - Muscle Museum (Hullabaloo) - the best version of the song I've seen. Uses no pedal to do the harmonised guitar riff at the start of the song, just distortion, but sounds damn good.
Not having the pedal is no excuse.
