Shorter? What are you talking about?

What I'm talking about is them having done 20 song sets in the past, like 2004 and 2006, and even the 2008 gigs were often 18 songs. Now with the new album for them to only play 18 songs...sorry but that is not a lot.
Mind you, I'm all for quality over quantity. But 'nuff said on that.

Good setlist, but it ended too soon, there should have been 21-22 songs really.

i didnt count how long they were on stage but in terms of songs played, how is 18 shorter than... 18?

I think he means that since they have a wider selection of songs to choose from now they should increase the setlist to fit more classics as well as the new songs.

...And then I said; Oatmeal, are you CRAZY?!

I don't think finishing with KoC is a good idea anymore tbh. People have been expecting Exogenesis to close, and for me KoC doesn't suffice, great song, but maybe not close-worthy.

Exactly. They have Such an amount of great stuff and play in comparison so little. However the live experience will be huge I guess, so lets all be happy theyre on tour again

just because they have more songs it doesnt mean they can play them all... and the bigger the catalogue, the more 'favorite' songs you will have and smaller is the chance that you will see all of those favorite of yours in the same night.

personally, im much more exicted about seeing the new songs (though, yeah, i should be happy if they play about 7 new ones when i see them ). ive seen the older ones plenty of times both live and on videos, TV,etc.

Yeah, I also thinkg we can be happy to see them live. But hey, they could play so much better than Starlight, or Unintended. Unintended actually looks so Wembley 2007...

Musers' capacity to be supermassively unrealisitic always makes me laugh. Seriously, they haven't played more than 18 songs a gig since 2007, and even then the last time they did was possibly Wembley, which was special. Why would they all of a sudden start playing more? And all those older/rarer songs you're complaining about not hearing, are you fucking kidding me?! It's just not going to happen. Stop deluding yourselves and then getting upset with Muse for not doing what you want. *head desk*

That being said, I was really surprised by the lack of 'MK Ultra'. Must be coming soon.

What Muse do is beautiful and unique. It is also startling and sexual, and so hypnotically commanding it is worth getting fanatical about.

I know it is only the beginning of the tour and hopefully things will change as the tour gains momentum and picks up steam. But I am a little disappointed - only 18 songs?

And with the exception of GL and Exo pt. 1 nothing new and rather predictable.

I think it's good that we seem to have at least 2 rarity spots, which could change around a bit, hopefully Bliss, Dead Star, Fury, Citizen Erased will occupy those spots at some point.

They played at least 2 gigs in 2008 where they did 18 songs. Way after Wembley. But it's not about the 18 songs...it's about that whole new extra album, and still it's only 18 songs. But again, quality over quantity would satisfy me
