I'm not such a big fan of actual mustard.
However, Heinz do make a fantastic Mild Mustard pickle!

I have a wierd recipe: i cut a tomato in two, put a lot of mustard to it, then some cheese. Then I put it in the microwave. I eat it with toasted bread and fresh basilic. It's gooooood

That sounds really good! Must try that. :P
My salad dressing:
Mix equal amounts of mustard and fresh lemon juice until its a thin paste. Then add an equal amount of oil (not olive oil), and mix well until its uniform. Yum! Goes perfect with lettuce, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, green peppers....

ahh, i see. I usually use olive oil, it's the mildest oil we use at my house :P plus i like the taste of salad dressing with mustard and olive oil
