Don't give up on Ozil yet, Werder Bremen have denied the reports, So we may still get him, but if we do i think it will be a sort of last minuet undercover thing where towards the end of the transfer market the news pops up were very close to signing him. ^ I think Carrick will have a good season.

Did anybody notice that Shorey signed for West Brom just before O'Neil resigned? Apart from the Milner transfer, I figure that O'Neill wasn't told of the Shorey bid and the owner accepted the bid on behalf of the club. The owner must have wanted the money from the millions invested, and sadly that's how football (well in the top leagues) runs now.

It was "Breaking News" on the BBC Gossip column, so still just rumours, but usually by the point it gets to breaking it's pretty close to happening. Probably all bollocks though. Hopefully.
