^It would be hilarious if they don't even make the Europa League spots this season. I was praying that they didn't get 4th last season but they did. Now, it would be even more of a fuck up if they don't qualify for Europe, I'm counting £75 million already spent.
Well I have heard that Wright-Philips, Ireland and De Jong will be shown the door but imagine if they do this every season then it will turn players away. Money doesn't buy trophies!

Thing with City is, you buy that many players it takes them time to gel together properly. City will finish 5th or below again this season, blame the players and just buy a load more next summer, then repeat.
Interesting to see who they get rid of though, I read Mancini said that he wants 2 world class players for every position. Given that they need 8 English players in their squad, with at least 4 having been trained at City over the past 3 years or whatever it is, I highly doubt he could have both.

It was on too late for me but i saw some highlights this morning. I really hope Hernandez is given a fair run this year and we see him play more than 2 games, same for a few others aswell. Of course that would require a system change.

^^ That's not quite the same though, it's one thing bouncing a moving ball off a stationary foot, i mean fair play, nice trick, but that penalty is another class altogether.
