Mccarthy sacked.
Shame, Wolves are screwed now I think, who will they get to do a better job, really?

I don't like Mccarthy one bit, but at the same time...I do.
Farewell sweet prince...

They won't take it. A national side can't fight relegation. That's a deal breaker for both of them.

African Cup of Nations Champions 2012. Have you ever looked at a map? Or ventured out further than the four walls in your room?

Irony.

Anyway, some strange teams in Africa. Ivory Coast, Cameroon & Nigeria all have good teams on paper, but never win fuck all and always bottle it. Then you have Ghana & Egypt; both decent on paper, but always do well in competitons. Ghana tend to do well in World Cups and Egypt in the African Cup of Nations, however Egypt didn't even qualify this time round.

Now there is Zambia.

If Capello was still in charge I'd say I would be glad if he didn't get called up, but if Redknapp takes charge I'll obviously have renewed optimism :P

So we'll see. Carrick or Parker definitely deserve to be the defensive midfielder in England's team. Only Rodwell & Barry can challenge that. Rodwell can fuck off and Barry, despite having a good season, his age and inability to run puts him down the order for me. At this point I wouldn't be taking Lampard and with Wilshere likely to miss the Euros through injury, I can't see how Carrick wont go. But it is England were talking about.....

Farytale ending for Zambia, really happy that they won. FYI Sam, Zambias national team (well, 18 of them) were killed back in 1993 when the plane carrying them to a WC qualifier against Senegal crashed. This is the first time they have ever won the tournament, quite significant.

As for Gervinho, my Arsenal supporting mate text me at the time of the penalty saying he'd bet his house on him not scoring. And guess what!

what a suprise !
congratulations

He treated me like a dog?
How many dogs refuse to chase balls round a field though? None.

I hope he comes back and mancini unleashes a fucking hair drier that would make Fergie go into hiding. Then has him doing laps and weights until he chunders and fucks off for good.
If that cunt plays in England again, something has gone horribly wrong.

7 weeks AWOL, he'll no doubt try and apply the 10% of games clause if he can, he can suck a massive length, the insufferable bell.

The guy is nearly in more denial than Merseyside, at what point does saying 'No, I'm not going out' translate into 'I was willing to go out'?
This is his words too, he has now admitted it.

Plus he seems to hold the club responsible for him not getting sold, Jesus Christ Even without his petulant behaviour clubs haven't been willing to front the cash for him he wants why would he imagine they'd still pay up after all this cuntery.

I hope he never plays either, Mancini should stick by his word otherwise I can just see the little fucker winning them the title.

As a City fan I don't want to see him back. He's an absolute cunt. He can't even fake a sorry, instead giving it the "I've done nothing wrong" and "treated me like a dog" heaven forbid a football manager tells a player to warm up.

However..... We couldn't sell him in January and we are now stuck with him until the summer transfer window and despite being a cunt he is still a quality striker and since we're stuck with him and paying him it makes sense we get some use out of him. We've struggled for goals away from home recently so maybe Tevez will help provide that and help us on to the title. But I will not cheer for him even if he scores the winner in the Derby.

If he does play for City again, and at the Ethiad, I'll very intrigued to see just what kind of reception he gets, and how/if it alters when he starts bagging a few goals.

You're not paying him though, he's AWOL, he's getting fined and not being paid as he's not working.

That's the only reason he might play, you're not bossing upfront like you were before christmas, Dzeko's lost his form and Mancini's arse is falling out because the worst United team in about a decade is still keeping up with the Gorton Globetrotters.
If he plays again, you've effectively caved to him.

I wouldn't say we've caved in at all. If we caved in we would have taken AC Milan's insulting transfer offer and gotten rid of him and then Tevez would have won as he got the move away he wanted. But we've stood firm, told the clubs how much we want for him and if they don't want to pay it then fuck off. Plus we basically fined Tevez into bankruptcy which is why he is back so doesn't that suggest he has caved in as he realises he isn't going to win so flew back to Manchester.

No, fair fucks for not allowing him to go for under the odds, that's the board not caving and rightfully so, when he plays, he's a Ł40m player. Yet he's damaged his own value, so I can understand the insulting offer, you don't put Ł40m into a speculative transfer - when you know the player is a risk, with a potentially toxic attitude and has an agent who wants a payday every two years, that's speculative. (Information readily available before he moved to City, hell, before we got him on loan ). I'm glad you haven't let him just fuck off on the cheap, Joorabchian would have been loving life and he's a massive cunt to.

...however...
Roberto Mancini - "He can't play, never"
Reporter - "He can never play?"
Mancini - "No...carlo cannot play with us...finished"
I'm not being a twat and taking it out of context either.
It's a climb down and caving in to him. You should let him rot, even though he's now back.
If he plays for Manchester City first team again, he wins.

I would love it if he rots in the reserves. I don't want to see him on the pitch again. However I just have a feeling that if he proves his fitness he will get games before the season is over and if he scores he will get more games. Fans are fickle creatures if he bags some goals all is forgiven in their eyes.

Take Rooney for example he was public enemy number one after his transfer request, fans outside his house issuing death threats the lot. He is in goal scoring form now and fans are singing his name. It's just the way it is.

He's still a cunt though.
I have no opinion on Rooney, he will never be regarded as a proper legend in the eyes of many, including me. He's a great footballer, but he's a money grabbing cunt, which is the syndrome of the modern day footballer. But atleast he doesn't refuse to play. And doesn't run away when he gets punished.

And some of the stuff he said needed to be said and is true, even if it was to serve his own interests.
We do lack the ambition we should have, top 4 and the Glazers don't care. He was concerned about reinvestment...we're still balancing the books, valid issues. He used them for his own gain, which makes him a cunt. But it's not a parallel to refusing to play, demanding to leave, running away, missing 30 games and constantly undermining his employers.

But alot of United fans are just as fickle, as long as we win, who cares, armchair cunt bags who don't grasp when damage is being done to the club, both financially and to its legacy. Fergies a cunt for allowing it to line his pockets, aswell, the cunt. Yes, he's won stuff under the glazers, fuck knows how he keeps papering over these gaping twats.
I think the cuntish fans probably bigger wankers than a working class man who got lucky by kicking a ball trying to con some extra money out of the arseholes in charge.
