"Rumors that Rage Against the Machine could reunite at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival were circulating in mid-January, and were confirmed on January 22. The band is billed to headline the final day of Coachella 2007 on Sunday, April 29. The performance was initially thought to be a one-off, but three more performances are planned as part of the Rock The Bells Festival with the Wu-Tang Clan and Public Enemy. While there have been rumors of a full tour or permanent reunion since Audioslave broke up, a full tour is not planned as of March 2007. Beyond the Coachella and Rock The Bells performances, the band's future is uncertain."
LA Times.com:
"That Coachella show was announced as a "one-and-done" affair but the quick sellout and the harsh-priced ticket scalping already underway are among the factors in the added shows, according to sources close to the band."
Mmm ok.. so maybe they plan on surprising everyone a little late this year?  but who knows at this point, right? Maybe they'd do *one* show as a favor to matt because he loves them so?
