what's with the weird codec "icm.h264"? the only downloads of this i can find require payment. any way i can watch these without paying, cos i'm tight like that.

cheers, i finally got this to play, but bliss is upside-down!!! i had the same codec problems playing the japan premier gigs videos but they're ok now, however this is not. anyone else seeing bliss upside-down? yeah, i know its a bit weird! i'll try one of the other videos, see if thats the same.
edit: tried another and thats upside-down too. funny thing is, when i pause the video it goes the right way, and when i play it, it flips over. very strange.

I was thinking, I haven't an iPod myself, but it might be an idea that you use mp4 format rather than avi (in the future) so that iPods can play your videos.
Also, you might want to copy the audio from the DVDs instead of converting it to mp3. a52 is pretty small as is (and smaller than mp3 192kbps)
