I have a bad feeling about the first corner today. Whatever happens I'm sure it will be Vettels fault.

edit: Pants! I was wrong.

I am still shaking at the Barrichello move, I fucking hate Schumacher. How can anyone defend that? Disgusting.

I'm really starting to hate Schumacher and Vettel.
but Schumacher fucking hell mate, if he killed Rubens with that move, my God. for a 7-time world champion you would think he'll apologise instead of blaming Barrichello.

If Vettel wins this year, I won't be happy. Him and Alonso just have the wrong attitude, they could learn a thing or two from Webber, Button and Barrichello.

I dont think either Red Bull driver deserves to win the championship, they have the fastest car which is why they win but as soon as they are behind another car, like Vettel behind Alonso today, they are hopeless.

I kinda feel sorry for Vettel though, he really didn't know what was going on, and it's good to see he cares so much. He really wants to win. And the track is to blame for him not overtaking Alonso.

I don't agree with the Kubica penalty, it wasn't his fault, it was the lollipop guy, which makes it the teams' fault, so just the fine would have been enough. Rosberg got a fine for the flying wheel. That was amateurish... Both of those pit incidents could have ended so much worse. Refuelling-ban safer? Yeah right. F1 will always be dangerous.

I honestly thought he was dead. How did he not hit that wall? And he seemed so relaxed afterwards. I'm starting to become a Rubens fan too. It's a shame he's so old. Schumacher received a 10-place grid penalty for Spa btw, not enough imo.

I will actually boo Schumacher if I see him in person at Spa, I swear to god. I'm still seething at what he did. I hated him anyways but gahhh, today took it to a new level.

Also I think he should have gotten a race ban.

A race ban might be too much, but this penalty definitely isn't enough. Look at this:

MS just doesn't know when to stop, he goes way over the too far line but just keeps going. He has always been reckless. Interesting race today anyway I thought after the first corner that would be it.

I wasn't able to see the race, but looking at photos of the event and this video, Schumacher really has no excuse for doing that. Quite petrifying even though I didn't see it live.

Michael Schumacher broke the habit of a lifetime by saying sorry on Monday.

But Sportsmail can reveal that the German's apology came only when Mercedes ordered him to make it after he came within inches of driving Rubens Barrichello up the wall at 190mph during Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.

Rubens should be allowed to punch him in the face.

He didn't even say sorry really. He apologised if Rubens felt it was too dangerous.

^ Yeah, he said it wasn't his intention to make Rubens feel like he was in danger. Well of course not, it would have been pretty awful if that was his intention. And Schumacher also said on his website that "It was pretty edgy to drive the car on the limit so I had to fight my way through the race, and at the end it was like walking on ice." It was like walking on ice, and he did that.

Got back from the race last night, i'm a Vettal fan so was abit disappointed he didn't win. Still nice to see Mark up there, unlike Vettel he probably hasn't got many years left to win it so this is probably his best chance.
Haven't watched the race back yet, interested to see what happened in the pit lane and why vettal got a penalty. Also look forward to seeing the MSC incident, all we could see was dust.

Yeah, we were sat just along side 4th and 5th grid positions, so great for the last corner and the podium. Sadly we didn't really see that much of the city during the day with the 3 days of racing, really spent most of the time going under it on the metro to and from the track; still nice to walk around at night, probably go back on a non-GP weekend next time.

Watched it back last night, kinda understand Vettels penalty and i really think this is the last season for MSC, his just damaging his image now, not building it. Anyone hear of the Porsche 911 crash in the support race? man that looked expensive

Yes you should go back, it's a beautiful city! And you mean there was an underground metro going from the city to the circuit? That wasn't there two years ago, we had to go by old Cold War-era bus (it reached about 20mph uphill on the highway) or old Cold War-era overground train (the lights didn't work properly).
But you did have great tickets . Could you see into the pit-boxes too?

And the 911 crash isn't on Youtube .

lol yeah we had to take the crappy cold war buses from the metro station 'Arpad Hid' to the town near the track, we had a hotel at the other end of the city so we first had to take the metro to the bus stop.
The first morning we took the train because i read the bus needed the GP valid tickets which we first had to collect from the track, though it later turned out that everyone was so crammed on the bus noone seemed to check

it was abit strange, 2 cars came of between turns 9 and 10, which meant cars on the track had to move to avoid them and then 3 cars collided at turn 12 with one going into the barrier. the safty car was out for about 3-4 laps, mainly because the tier wall was now spread across the track.

Can't beleive its (only) 2 weeks until Spa, this 4 week break seems to have gone so fast

Hahaha yeah, those buses . You could get on them if you were wearing anything F1 related, they didn't really check the tickets. It was still a very long walk from the towncenter/trainstation to the circuit, in that burning sun, that was the worst part of the day.
And Arpad Hid, that was near that bridge right? I think 'hid' is Hungarian for bridge. We had a hotel-boat on the Danube, so we had a great walk along the Danube every morning . We didn't use the underground that much. You really have to go back to visit the city, it was beautiful. And it's still cheap and not extremely Western yet, but it is changing.

That crash sounds interesting, and very expensive haha. Those support races are usually so much more interesting than the F1 race.

so Quick Nick Heidfeld has left Mercedes to be the Pirelli guy for tyres testing. Smart move as lots of teams will want him net year due to tyres experience now.

Regarding the Mercedes test driver role though, there is only possibility as to who should take that vacant position:
