BTW that guy in the first photo isn´t the singer. He´s Omar, the guitarist..

Well, I have to disagree with you about that. Wolfmother is no prog rock band as TMV. Both bands have quite different styles. The only resemblance is their voices I think.
Personally, I love The Mars Volta far more, but Wolfmother is great.

i think the mars volta are just in a league of their own, whilst Wolfmother do a nice Led zeppellin style , perhaps simplified and more modern style but i love them both
