Natwest problem continues... I can't confirm my address without going to my home branch in Malvern. This means that my pin code for my card will be sent to my home branch, possibly by Friday if I'm lucky rather than just going to my home. This means an unnecessary trip into Malvern to collect my pin code and make them post me post again.
I am going to write an angry complaints letter to them.
Also, the twat that was trying to activate my card yesterday said he'd ring me and both times he completely failed in reading my name off a typed piece of paper 'Hi er... can I speak to a.. er... Miss err... um.. po...' 'yes, it's miss porter speaking'. Idiot. How hard is it to read Porter off a sheet? It's not. I doubt his ability to read.
Edit: also, packing. Grr.

I've only worked two days yet and there are still 2 more days to go. It's so long! The time I spend there (8.5 hours) is so much longer than the time I have for myself in the evening now if I want to go to sleep on time to get up at 7. I know this is what normal people do but it's exhausting! I feel like I'm constantly running.
And I also can't do my job yet because it's so complicated so I just sit there looking at how other people do it and try to learn it myself and feel useless. Ugh.

^You will find your own rhythm in that. What saves me a lot of time is to prepare meals in the weekend, put them in the fridge, so I don't have to cook when I get home from work!

You'll get used to it. I get up at 6:30 and get home around 20:00. You'll gain a rhythm and it'll get easier
