Oh my goodness!!!! After all this family business and Matt's mom photos, and that old man in the background ^..... I decided to look up and see if there are any photos of Dom's parents (to see where he gets his looks) and...........
Dom's father passed away at Glastonbury, just after watching a Muse show from a heart attack????? That is the saddest thing I have ever heard. D: That... I don't... That makes me very sad. Poor Dominic! That must feel terrible! A crazy Muse show and one of the performer's parents gets a heart attack at only 62 and dies shortly after being there... D:....... That is honestly one of the worst things that can happen to a performer. By far.
At least one of the last things his father saw was his son who succeeded in life by doing what he loves and probably one of the last things he felt was how proud he was of him. Its like... a movie ending. Just.. wow.

I'm surprised you didn't know. It's quite well known, because they see it as their best gig (at the time anyway) and the fans agree, and Dom's father dying cast a huge shadow over it. Dom has talked about it in interviews I believe.
