Just got the cd, dvd and 7inch delivered this morning - 2 days early 
After seeing the 7inch art on here I was surprised to see mine just came in a clear plastic wallet, but the good news is its a picture disk, the cd is in a standard slimline jewel case and the DVD comes in a cardboard wallet, just like the one the newborn single came in. Ill post a picture of the 7inch once ive found my camera.

Yeah same here. I was suprised by the plastic wallet too, they susually have a proper card one.

Yer its actually a really cool feature in the gallery where you can choose which instruments feed you listen to. Heres the back of the 7inch, not too interesting but I know how much this forum loves any scrap of info :P

I just bought the CD single, except mine is in a cardboard sleeve, took two pics:
I hope there'll be a plastic case for the CD on monday along with the DVD and the vinyl.

Weird, my CD came in a jewel case. Perhaps in different for each country.

Lol yep I know, I just meant the packaging was the same
Oh and the DVD is just the same as the CD except black instead of pink.

What's the making of & the bonus footage like? Care to do a short annotation please?

There's no real bonus footage, it's just a photo gallery with either the guitar, drum, bass, or vocal feed in the background (there's amenu to select which you want). The making of is basically them sitting around the set saying the word "surreal" a lot and trying on those weird masks, some clips of them miming for the video, a few words from the production people and the dancers...and Matt stroking a stuffed owl.
