It is awesome. Quite light and a bit skinny. Not a huge body, which is cool. Found a few problems with it (one fret buzzes, and the E's tension is rather lacking, but I have the same problem with my Jazz bass) Happy with it though

what is the action like on the neck?
is it a slim neck or a bit chunky? hard to tell from the pics.

Action's just right for the most part; it's only one position out of 96 :P
Neck's pretty slim, just thinner than jazz bass.

That is...well...ugly. IMO. Don't know if it's because it's a guitar and not a bass, but I just think that looks wrong. Could be the placing of the bottom strap button. Just not a nice guitar in my eyes.

Its slightly fatter compared to the real thing, and the left horn is a little shorter. Nice colour though *shrug*

the wolfgang special is a nice guitar, but if you get one make sure it's the USA version and not the korean version.

I just sold mine, it was a black USA special...great guitar, but not what I like. I might still try out the wolfgang standard if I can find one...I wonder how the new EVH wolfgangs will be...they're his own brand apparently, since he got mad at peavey for some reason.
anyhow, was it someone here who bought the blue londaxe? (the guitar, not the bass).
curious how that turned out...

Anywho, if you wanna know about the particular londaxe I got, here I go. Its got loads of scratches and chips, completely battle-damaged ...as they say. Also both the pickups are sucky, especially the neck. And the tuners had to be replaced cause they were also pants.
All in all, its pretty awesome.

Just thought i'd say that i own one of these guitars n red / yellow sunburst, i can upload some pics of it of you want. The guitar is an emex londaxe sold to my father by a small music shop in exeter who's main line of guitar was emex and the guitar got passed down onto me. just quote this if you want me to upload some pics!!
