I would be very grateful! Thanks for this.

Do you know which one it is? It must be from one of the Cooperage gigs, or the Soundwave festival, but there were four Cooperage gigs in 1997 ...

I think he get it from Stoner, a guy on the official board who said he has a tape recording of the Plymouth, Soundwaves gig in 1997.

He used to be ashamed of his high pitch voice. ;)

Thanks it sounds good. And yes, he used to be ashamed Matt said this in an interview.

Edit: It sounds like the absolution interlude.

You can really hear how he's trying to sing lower...for a few moments his voice is almost unrecognisable to the Bellamy-sound we know so well now. I'd even go so far as to say as his singing in that first verse didn't really catch my interest at all - just sounded like any average 'band-voice'. I'm so glad he let go of his inhibitions to display the full range of his talent

And yeah, Showbiz would be muchly appreciated too

Sounds like demo version, very nice. Do you know if we'll get any of the unheard tracks? I'd love to hear something brand new (yet very old).

The guy who owns the cassette says he is going to upload the rest of the concert, which is really amazing.

One of those songs is probably the unheard one featured in the Budstock video.Really looking forward too it, we should all be very grateful

I was thinking that too! This should really give some insight into the evolution/development of those songs ...

Aside:
Something that came up in my mind after hearing about this was that Showbiz recording that surfaced a while back. Where was that from? It was a really early recording ... I don't have it on this computer at all.

He says so, he justs needs the software for it, really awesome. If all goes okay it'll be second only to actually having studio demo songs themselves.

August 97, so he'd just turned 19. Shit, he was only a year older than me and had written more than a fucking album! *feels like an underachiever*

This is hella cool btw, I'm looking forward to hearing these unknown songs. Massive kudos.
