I think that the specific word for it is infatuation as opposed to lust or love. Maybe lustful infatuation or loving infatuation, but either way it is definitely that possessive passion that you get about someone physically (RE: video) and I didn't ever question that given I heard the song when I was very muchly so infatuated...it just seemed VERY very obvious to me.

when i saw him on it i was like "thats it, favourite actor ever" lol. then he spoke in a silly irish voice, and that ruined his hysteria-based coolness
