I use Ulead DVD MovieFactory 4, I still haven't found better than that one.

theres no way of actually increasing the quality all you can do is add something to the video like a blur to get rid of the some of the blockiness and things like that but i tend to use virtualdubmod and its got loads of plugins for it that can help you sort out the video...and plus its free!!!

I guees i'd be up for sending some DVDs off so someone can burn them off for me. but the whole trust thing is an isseue.. Well, what i'd REALLY like is a DVD with all the music videos on, i've never actually seen one on TV before... So sad... So would anyone like to do this wee tiny favour for me?

Actually the video i'm most inetrested in is SIng For Absolution, the video in SYS isn't so good.

Don't worry, for all the Absolution videos, we're using DVD Rips.
Anyway I just got a new DVD:
2000-01-31 Live @ NME Astoria, London, UK
This one is far better quality than the one you maye have seen, was a HQ Sattelite rip.

Hehe i'm geeting all giddy just thinking about it... And i'm glad you're using DVD rips, a video like that NEEDS to be seen in high quality.
Well like you guys said before, i'm trying to get some bootlegs off here (I can use college broadband whahahaha....)
Actually, a question for you lot. What program do you use to make menus and stuff? I've been using TMPGEnc DVD Author for ages, but i can't get Heineken Music Hall 01 to work with it... 
Should i put it through some sort of encoder or something?

@ mikeyw if its the ones im thinking of the songs are seperate so join the songs using easy video joiner and then get a program called total video converter (super fast converting) and set it to DVD MPEG PAL once theyre converted then you should be able to put them through tmpenc dvd author...if its a quick dvd im making i use tmpenc dvd author but if i wanna make it look good its normally sony dvd author and sometimes dvd lab pro
TIRO, B+H, SS USA, Hysteria Cut Uncut and SFA will be the actual vobs from the singles to preserve the perfect quality and the others will be the sweeeet svcd m2v's me and Phil have been hunting down all over hubs and IRC networks

Are you going to fit all those vobs onto one disc? By the way, are you using DVD-5 or DVD-9 for this? I don't know anyone with a dual layer burner...

I've thought of making a Showbiz/Origin Of Symmetry disc and a Hullabaloo/Absolution/New Album disc. That way it'd be a 2-disc set with the best quality possible.

I can't find one decent site that'll let me download easy video joiner on my crappy dial-up... I hate to ask, but could anyone e-mail the installer to me pretty please????
And the two disc idea sounds good, the quality is always the most important thing to me. But yeah, i'll try and get this DVD done and then i can add it to my list! Wehey!
