Didn't know this was such a huge topic elsewhere. Anyway... stupid rule, foreigners will come up to Dutch people and ask if they can buy something for them. We'll see how it works, I live in Maastricht and a lot of foreign people come over here for drugs!

Of course it is, it's the only place you can go for weed. As kids people dream of going to Amsterdam without ever really knowing why just you can smoke weed there.
Anyway I have loads of opinions on this, maybe when I've more time I'll rant properly.
The laws in Maastricht are pretty stupid, they have already introduced the foreigner ban but they still allow Belgians and Germans which kind of defeats the law anyway.

Well they've just lost themselves a ton of tourism. What a stupid thing for a country to do whilst there is a huge economic crisis happening.
