Finished season 1...that flashback where everyone goes on the plane was a nice touch I reckon.
I'm definitely going to continue watching it, Season 2 is going to be very interesting...

The season 1 closer/season 2 opener are probably the best two hours of television I've ever watched. I wish I could rewind and watch it all again for the first time

Michael was on ER S4 last night and - surprise, surprise - his son was in danger...and then he died.
Couldn't help but scream WAAAAAAAAAAALT! at his screamy bits 
Anyway, gonna resume Season 4 soon, because I kinda rush-watched it on laptop, and it's far better on actual TV.

About to start re-watching Lost.
Due to the Sky/Virgin feud, I never got past half of season 3.
Since that was a while a go, I've forgotten pretty much everything, so I get to watch it again, as if it were a new show

So someone put up some theories in form of an extended Jacob scene. They all actually make pretty good sense, except for the Dharma food drop one, which has already been explained.
I've also seen an explaination I loved, but I don't have any idea where I got it from now. I think it was on io9:
EXTENDED CAMP FIRE SCENE
HURLEY: "Ooooh, so you, like, kidnapped Walt because his electromagnetic powers would have let him find the Source?"
JACOB: "That's right, Hugo."
JACK: "Oh, I get it, Walt also had the power to steer a bird off course by manipulating it's sense of the Earth's magnetic poles."
JACOB: "That's exactly right, Jack, even though you weren't there when Walt did that."
SAWYER: "Hey, hold your sermon on the mount here, what I want to know is, what was up with the DHAMRA folks' food droppin' from the sky?"
JACOB: "Well, despite the fact that I was born in the 1st century AD, I have a comprehensive knowledge of electromagnetic theory. It was caught in the electromagnetic field that surrounds the island, which distorted its passage through time from before the Purge, just like when the freighter's doctor washed up on shore before he died."
JACK: "That makes complete sense, thank you!"
HURLEY: "Hey, hold on dude, why was, like, my girlfriend in the same mental institution as me? What's up with that?"
JACOB: "Hugo, if you had paid attention to Desmond's flashback, you'd have realized her husband's name was Dave as well. He died, which lead her to have a mental breakdown, but his ghost followed you to the institution. Since you were the only one there who could talk to dead people, it's only natural he would latch on to you."
JACK: "Hey, how come women couldn't have babies on this island?"
JACOB: "You blew up a nuclear bomb, Jack."
SAWYER: "Hold your horses. You sayin' a nuclear bomb has health risks?!"
JACOB: "Very good, James."
KATE: "Wait a minute! Let's not forget the most important question of all....what was up with that horse I saw?"
JACOB: "....it was just a horse, Kate."
KATE MAKES A KATEFACE.
JACK: "Now, how do we save the Island?"
JACOB: "Well, you have to-- oops, my ashes are all burnt up, because you wasted my time recapping the show and asking stupid questions. You may have to figure this one out on your own, guys. Sorry."
JACOB DISAPPEARS IN A PUFF OF SMOKE.
SAWYER: "....son of a bitch...."
