If I get MK Ultra and Citizen Erased at Roskilde Festival, I'll be infinitely happy. Two of my favorite songs I still haven't seen live. Bliss would be nice, but I've already seen that, so I'd definately prefer one of the other two

Green Day played 30 full songs at Manchester LCCC on 16th june. Plus a bunch of riffs/Covers and a few shorts.
Thats a quality setlist length. Muse should pull that out for the Stadium shows!

I went to Green Day at Wembley arena last year and it was a similar story. I would say one thing though. Although I would kinda love to see a 3 hour set list from Muse, Green Day taught me that it may actually be a bit too long for me personally. Plus Green Day's set could be cut by at least half an hour if Billie Joe spoke less lol....

I was there as well .... nah perfect length , how old are Green day now they all must be in their 40's or something and if they can play with that much energy for so long then muse have no excuse, I know muse songs are technically a lot harder but Green day all played as if it was the last gig of their lives.

I'm glad NSC is getting played less. GL and NSC in one gig is too much cheese for me to digest.

Well it's great !!!!
Just one thing : they dropped one song, they played 22 instead of 23 songs..
I hope they don't think that a more rock show = shorter set !

^ To be fair, CE is just as long as Unintended and Exo 1 combined pretty much :P So the show wasn't any shorter.

True... But still a short set compared to other bands.. Is it so hard to play Unintended even if CE is longer ? Anyway they're great !

I was dreading the Duo Of Death (GL an NSC), back-to-back even, imagine my relief when it was only GL, and then followed by Bliss! GL as a live song didn't fail I think - some people were clapping along - but most were dozing off a little, imagine their reactions when suddenly everybody got covered in "GLS" - it's a fun addition to the song, and unlike last time, I didn't use it as a pee break.
And it's not a if I couldn't endure having to listen to NSC - it's just that they had been dropping either MKU or MotP in order to play NSC which I found barftastic.
I don't care for Unintended so I don't mind that one being dropped - I guess we got the 'longer' CE instead, so that's just fine. I wasn't expecting anything rare such as Showbiz or Fury etc. to be played, but I was holding out some hopes for B&H as they played it at one of the Stade de France dates.
But really, no complaints about yesterday - it was a fun gig. It felt more like a festival, being outdoors and with terrific support from Ghinzu and Editors. I didn't mind Exo being dropped - it was beautiful last year during the arena tour, but I think the silver clam is just too naff. UFO, really? And it needs real strings. I'd love to hear it again though - actually the whole thing, with an orchestra, fingers crossed they'll do this at Wembley if Glasto turns out to be a success.

I really hope I'm no getting my hopes up for Glastonbury. I'm kind of expecting something really big to happen (say full exogenesis). I REALLY hope I'm not just dreaming.

didn't they say in a newspaper interview a couple of days ago they're doing the orchestra at Glastonbury?

I swear I read that...
