^ Use the search function.
Have the custom HTML open, then press Ctrl F as normal, search for 'Archive' or 'Random', and if it looks something like the code Pib listed, just add the extra bit and it should work 
edit: Oh, and be sure to copy and paste the original HTML somewhere like a notepad file, just in case it all goes a bit wrong :P

Okay, can you copy and paste all your html into a text file and keep it, in case things fuck up.
Look for this bit near the bottom:

The red bit is what I added. It's hard to tel without being hands on, but it looks like it's defining the buttons earlier, and then using them as links later blah blah blah - the red line should make a new button appear (the same as the RSS button) and then add the link "Ask me" underneath where it says Archive on your page. If it doesn't then I either did something silly or probably haven't taken the size or the right menu div into account.

Ffion (and everyone else's) images that they post come up in a little thumbnail on the dashboard, but when I see my posts with an image in, its just a little grey box 
They look fine on the actual blog, mind.
Yours came up as little squares on mine too. Methinks it has something to do with pics you upload yourself, or pics you link. All yours seem to be linked, so show as little squares, whereas ffion uploads most of her pics and so they have their own thumbnails on dashboards.
That's how I sees it anyways.

Just to clarify, folks, from the confusion on page 2:
All pics are thumbnailed if you insert them as part of a text post, they'll show if you make it a "photo" post and add text as the caption.
I passed my driving exam with flying colours, which is what I get for dropping acid immediately beforehand.
