I'm sure you can score 2 or 3, but you'll probably let in 7.
Who's your defence nowadays anyway?

Probably :P
And, I don't know. This Braafeid guy and Josh Thompson, both of whom I hadn't heard of until about 6 days ago, O'Dea, and Paul Caddis started. I just... that's one of the worst back lines I've ever seen.
Give me back Mjallby, Balde, Varga, Valgaeren, and Lennon any day. They'd stop any of you fuckers

Assuming shitty get past Stoke they got chelsea. Don't think i would ever of wanted chelsea to win before, but it would be for the greater good.

We're going slightly off-track here lol. I'm doing an LLB in Queens Uni Belfast, 3rd year now. Just finishing up my last semester and going into the Institute for Professional Legal Studies. I liked Contract and Tort - they were decent... though 3rd year is the best in Queens because it is the first time I got to pick my own modules.
Have you done any European law? It is the worst subject I've ever come across. This was first year, but it was so dull, I only made it to about 4 lectures (out of 24).

Yeah, just abit off :P. And no not yet, I'm a first year, i get the joys of European law next year i think, we've touched on it in public...it seems shit already. But wow. I can't wait to pick mine, i'm hoping Sport Law is still a module when i come to pick.
Back on topic: Good job arsenal got an away goal, all isn't lost, although the text to say you went 2-1 down did make me laugh . That said, watching the cock up today made it even funnier...dear me.

Apparently it was a rocky affair last night, Liverpool doing their best to muck it up against the Urinary tract disease.

In all fairness to them, they defended really well most of the time, but yeah, overall we were doing just about everything apart from score.

Now i can't have a moan without being dismissed as 'Oh it's just because he's an Arsenal fan'.
1. On on EARTH is that a professional referee? He was the one that let that stupid Henry goal in, and he made at least 10 bad decisions in that match. He was just fucking stupid.
2. Who chose Fabregas to take corners? Given the one decent one he took did actually lead to a goal, but still, surely someone has to raise doubt when they're flying over the other side for a goal kick all the time.
3. I'm sick of watching Arsenal trying to pass the ball in. For years, it worked. We were under fire for it, but we played good football and it worked. Now, the football we play is shit in the final third, and we're still trying to pass it into the net. Diaby is a repeat offender of, instead of having a good ol batter at the ball, thinking 'Oh, i think i'll play a nice, pretty little ball through this time'.
4. Sol Campbell, what a legend. He's the defender we've been missing. He was into every ball that came to the back.
5. Don't go hard on Fabianski. Given he was pretty stupid on both goals he let past him, he wasn't all that bad. He made a couple of string of decent saves as well.
6. Why are we waiting on Eduardo to get back? If i was instated as Arsenal manager now, he'd be top of the list of players on the way out. Eduardo is in my opinion the worst player currently have signed, because he's fruitless in attack and timid going foward. I miss Julio Baptista, the pitbull. He would have been fucking scary to have running at you if you're a hapless defender/keeper.
I agree with this whole post, apart from a couple of bits of 1 and 3.
Aight, the ref should've given a penalty for the foul on Rosicky, and he did stand in the way of Campbell when Porto were taking the freekick which led to their second goal. But otherwise I think he actually had a pretty good game. Both teams were going in for a massive amount of sliding tackles, and a lot of refs would've called most of them back for being too dangerous, but he played on quite well. The game did flow nicely, in parts.
And about the passing it into the net thing - it's still good to play nice football. But on occasion, yes, they should've just gone for it. I think it was Diaby towards the last few minutes who had the ball on the edge of the box, clearly set up for a shot, and he didn't take it. It did happen a few times earlier in the match as well. The players should keep on playing pretty football, because it's great to watch, but sometimes they should pull the trigger sooner. Some great goals have resulted from the decision to shoot when the opportunity arises, this season. Look at Bendtner's goal against Blackburn. Vermaelen's goals against Blackburn and United wouldn't have gone in if he'd hesitated, or tried to pass his way through.
I fully agree about Campbell as well. He really got stuck in. Put in some quality tackles.
Small change got rained on with his own thirty-eight, and nobody flinched, down by the arcade.

Fine, score more than once :P
edit: It sort of makes sense, I said ' overall we were doing everything apart from score'... except that one time where we did score. There.

Overall.......you did everything and still scored. That's why the score was 1-0. If you said we did everything apart from score TWICE, then fair enough. But you didn't.
