I searched, and there isn't actually a Love topic on snow!
So who else isn't joining the grumbling masses and rejoicing in the magical white stuff?
Snow, while sometimes problematic, plan-ruining and life-threatening, gives endless hours of fun and creativity, days or weeks off work/school, awesome photography and general Christmassy and nostaglic feelings.

I usually love snow, but then the buses got cancelled and none of my friends live near me.
We did get relatively decent snow today though. On new years morning (at about 1am) I had to walk home for over an hour. It was magical. It was all perfect and untouched.

I have said it before but i will say it again, snow is the second coolest thing ever.
Another reason for loving the snow is watching Britains media go completely ape shit and overreacting saying stupid stuff like 'as Britain faces another week of Arctic weather' and how society is on the brink of collapse. The news has suddenly got really entertaining and retarded all of the sudden.

haha that is so true, i love it  like -2 degrees was arctic..
i just went back to finland for holidays and it was like -20 degrees and lot ot snow! it was snowing in london yesterday and i got so excited!  i love snow! winter and snow just belong together.

It is a bit much really, now they are talking about a war time like spirit. Just ridiculous. They do the same thing with summer too.  Its funny how they had a reporter doing her best to talk of the dangers of snow and ice and how the community is cut off and the hole time the community are in the background playing and having fun.
I could get used to snow, i love these cold winters over here.

We live right next to a field where loads of kids came to play yesterday as schools were closed. BUT, even though there is just as much snow, there aren't that many people down there.
I think the novelty has worn off. Yesterday it was WOW SNOW!, but now it's MUM! IT'S COLD!.
(I could put something really funny and intelligent here, but that would just be showing off.)

That is true. If it wasn't for snow all we'd have is election campaigns and fighting in the Middle East. Life is unpredictable now, makes it more interesting!

The only annoying thing with this snow is that they still haven't cleared the pavements off properly. You know that when walking in the road is safer than walking on the pavement something is wrong!

Snow sure bugs me, but today for some reason it was just serene, delicate, and sparkly. I love just sipping hot chocolate and looking out the window at it, while listening to appropriate music.

^lol so true, it's as if we have never seen snow before
It's all turned to slush and ice here, absolute nightmare to walk on and no grit or salt to be seen

This is more of a side effect of the snow but its another reason to love it more, with all the talk of a salt shortage i can picture some old lady at home to afraid to put any salt on her fish and chips incase she runs out.

Snow is nice in moderation, especially around Christmas. But not too much and all the time to put it that way.
