Assassin and Knights of Cydonia are pretty tough. I don't know why people think Stockholm Syndrome is that hard. It really isn't that bad. I've been playing drums for maybe 6 months and I can do it no problem.
I really like the drumming for all of The Resistance. There's a lot of great bits in there.

i like the catchy gallopping drums in KoC .. Assassin has made drums..
Exogenesis drums are also really catchy i'd say

Assassin and Stockholm syndrome seem to be pretty difficult...Bu the one I enjoy the most is Resistance 
Im hungry for some unrest

As a drummer, I find Assassin hardest to play. Only the intro, bit where his foot is going at uber speeds.
But the most fun ones for me are Stockholm Syndrome, Resistance, I Belong to You, Knights of Cydonia and Hysteria.
I prefer to drum to the new moon remix of I Belong To You, as the French bit gets in the way a bit in the original

The beat in the last chorus of Invincible is a tough one to play, fun to watch too.

well a couple of months ago i was trying to get my drummer mate whos not keen on muse to play/like muse songs, didnt work that well
but then he asked me recently if i could play assassin cos he likes it
so according to my mate assassin is pretty good drum wise, and id agree with him

I love the drums in resistance, I think Unnatural Selection as well because Dom always looks like he's having fun playing it.

MotP or SS, in my opinion. But then again, Unnatural Selection's drums are really starting to grow on my as well.

Haven't actually played any of the resistance yet, going home this weekend to see the good old drum kit so will do then.
Otherwise, SS is fun, assassin is the hardest at the start.
Also surprisingly, exo politics and TOADA are fun and easy, but TSP is good fun to smash the cymbals really fucking hard!

MK Ultra has some very nice drumming but Unnateral Selection is still the best drum song for me on TR.
Resistance is also really good, but on the album it sounds like some robot is drumming.

I don't know that much about drumming, but Map of the Problematique, City of Delusion and United States of Eurasia are some songs that I can remember right now.

Some people mix up "best" with "hardest".
The best (most effective) drums, and this is based on hearing them play LIVE, is the Wembley version of Apocalypse Please. Way better than the studio version IMO.
The best drums on cd is probably City of Delusion. Oh my god I love the drums in that. And it sounds even more awesome in the instrumental version.
I also think the drums in Hysteria are extremely underrated, as far as how awesome it sounds. I really know nothing as far as what is hard to play, but as far as losing yourself to the drums, I do it in Hysteria more than any other song. MOTP is up there of course.
