i think that kinda image they will use for the album cover seeing that it has many points lol

but wow this is gonna wicked crazy...screw this badly translated and poorly written review...i mean it gave us insight on the tracks thank god...but it seems like the reporter was just pissed cause they only had 15 mins and PMSin

and top it off only one str8 listen thru the album and if u miss something u fuckd...and i bet u anything she miissed quite alot with probably cell fone constantly ringing and top it off it doesnt seem she understands MUSE at all....

if ur open minded to the other albums and really dig deep u will love the other stories Muse songs produce...

but waitin on the United States Of Eurasia, especially readin how it has a missle or spaceship jet engiine at the end gave me goosebumps...

its like on DMX's song Look In My Eyes and at the end u hear satans voice whisperin since the whole song is dark and suicidal...

MK Ultra for the bodybuilders nd acid doers!

and i figure matt format off Rhapsody, that song is just epic form beginngin to end especially how Waynes World covers it

gonna be crazyyyyyy but i think ExoGensis is gonna be the one to transport us all to new levels...i feel like ascending!

Also, apparently the 3 Symphony songs put togher total up 12 minutes and some seconds based on some other French impression I read.

Actually Exogenesis as a whole is meant to be 15 minutes+

and the closing, three-part "Exogenesis Symphony", which lasts over 15 minutes and is more bombastic than anything Muse have ever previously done. Featuring classical piano from bellamy and a full orchestra throughout, the singer says the piece took "about three months, on and off" to put together. NME review

That was actually my first thought all along ever since I heard the name. Anyone see that being the opener live?

Thanks for the translation it made reading with comprehension a whole lot easier!

So, Freddie has been resurrected I have always wondered what a Muse version of Bohemian Rhapsody would sound like. Looks like I will find out when USoE is released.

08. « I Belong To You » (+ Mon Coeur S'ouvre A Ta Voix)

A title borrowed from the opera Samson and Dalila.Matt sings a few verses in French...very hard to understand. I know I should probably not, but I actually found this funny.

I think it was a good review but all that security they must have gone throw may have pissed them off a little. I mean did those nasty security guards check up your ass for microphones?

It wasnt really said in a negative fashion I think, but I guarantee many critics will accuse Matt of going over the top and losing his mind for doing such a song. Too bad for them this is exactly the type of song Ive been waiting for from Matt for a long time

I guess everyone here was xD :P ow well we'll see

so if you add up all the times so far

tracks 1-5 = 23mins 64secs

tracks 9 - 11 = 12>15 mins

so album so far is already about 40mins long

guess times are around 3 mins each (shortest) for the tracks 6 - 8
the album is looking to be about 50mins long shortest but hopeful a full hour. which is just how long it takes me to get home from London on the train

Based on the description, I expect Unnatural Selection to be at least around 5 minutes

I Belong To You » (+ Mon Coeur S'ouvre A Ta Voix) could possibly be around 5 minutes as well.

This could very well be the longest Muse album yet

Now imagine if they had included 2 more songs and counted Exogenesis as one track ...would have been maybe 70 minutes!

the reviewers are obviously not muse fans, " pompous, radiohead sounding", non fans always come out with those sort of comments.
this album will be amazing Muse won't let us down !!

The original article has this on the end and seems to have been missed out in current translations:

Quote

I think this is about album art. Someone Frenchy might be able to do better, but I roughly got this:

"The group works on the visual (album art?). It is about a man defying the masses. I asked Dominic to write the name of the English artist who works on it: La Bocca. Nothing on Google. On the other hand: LaBoca, it seems to stick."

In the end, Matt talks about their influences : Queen, 1984, George Orwell, The Grand Chessboard, an American political scientist named Zbigniew Brzeninski and the "Samson and Delilah" opera.

Hum, in fact, the reviewer doesn't say it's "less extravagant" than other album, he rather says : "still sounds very powerful, but maybe less Baroque and less approachable..." which, to me, doesn't mean it's less extravagant. Just to mention it.

I Belong To You” (Mon coeur s’ouvre à ta voix)- cannot understand what he is singing?

Are you telling me that anyone had any sort of clue what the words to micro cuts were when they first heard it?

That artist called "La Boca" already made artwork for lots of albums, for Daft Punk and Lostprophets for example. He has some stuff that fits into the revolutionary theme
