Micro Cuts is one, especially with the heavy guitar in the background of the chorus.
Hoodoo is kind of dark specially at the end.
OOS, is just dark.
Hyper Chondriac Music is very dark, and yet definitely one of my favorite Muse songs.
Megalomania is dark, and also one of my favorite Muse songs.
Matt's vocals can DEFINITELY add an eerie, haunting feeling to their songs.

Con-Science very dark and eerie
Megalomania has extremely haunting lyrics "The good news is, she cant have babies" and at the part where it says"before i disturb you in the dark" really sounds like "before I stab you in the dark"
