With my limited knowledge, AIFF, Apple Lossless, and WAV are all Lossless so it should be the same quality, except Apple Lossless has much smaller filesizes then the other two. Goddammit man show some restraint!

If you don't spend more than 100 bucks on headphones AAC is all you'll ever need. Otherwise Apple Lossless or WAV. WAV and Apple Lossless should theoretically sound identical, but there will be minor defects. Just the nature of it. May no act of ours bring shame Facebook! Twitter!
