@Mystery: Dont count on Arsenal 'humiliating' you if we get through. Looking at recent form, i reckon it would be 0-0 at best for us.

Meh, then you'll probably cheat us again. Although, Liverpool took that crown from you a few seasons ago... But our recent form isn't all that sparkling either. Decent, but not as good as it should be.

I think Cardiff will beat Arsenal anyway. I feel that the FA Cup isn't top of Arsene's agenda anyway.

I hope you're right. But saying that, they'd have to beat Burnley before playing us anyway, AND, we'd have to beat Hull, at the KC. Although, our away form has been slightly better than our home form this season, for some reason, I think.

Bring on Sheffield Utd again, we'll batter them a second time.

Pfft, as if we'll even beat Hull... and you've gotta beat Burnley. Anyway, I'd rather be out of the cup. These cup ties are getting in the way of our chances for the play offs. That and we keep losing stupid games, but, nevermind.

I've been suprised with Hull this season, they've done much much better than expected.

Did you see them play last season at all? God, they were awful. I still don't understand how they went up. But they've impressed in their form (early season more than now) but when I watch them, they're still not a great footballing side. I'm not sure what it is, if it's just a good system that can get them goals and points or if they just get lucky breaks or what, but the quality of football they play just never seems to match the success they're getting, it's weird! But kudos to them, they're surpassing expectations to a much higher extent than Sheff Utd ever did in the Premiership.

Great game in the CL tonight, we should have scored though as a reward for how well we played in the first half.

Bring on the 2nd leg!

Agreed, would of like to of seen more of Rooney and Tevez and Scholes, but then "In Sir Alex we trust"
And that first half was worthy of a goal.

Aghh, fucking referee/linesman!!!! We should be well in the lead now, instead have to settle for a half time score of 1-1. An own goal that never was - didn't cross the bloody line! And Billy Sharp booked for diving, when he was clearly clipped at the ankles. Why the hell would he dive when he would've probably scored otherwise?! Ok, maybe not. This is Billy Sharp. But still.. Ugh, annoying game so far. But entertaining. Hopefully we'll get what we deserve once full time comes.

Hope so but I don't want to get too ahead of myself - I have a funny feeling arsenal will get something at Old Trafford and Chelski look a lot more solid under hiddink than scolari, still think it'll take something special to catch us though tbh. If we beat Liverpool at the weekend it really is ours to lose.

Oh my God, the "Carlos Tevez affair" has finally bloody ended!!! About damn time! £15m, in installments, though? Not much compared to what we were after, but that was always unrealistic. Ah well, I'm happy it's finally just over and done with, now and we can hopefully get up again this season.

Champions League draw:
QF
Villarreal v Arsenal
Manchester United v FC Porto
Liverpool v Chelsea
Barcelona v Bayern Munich
SF
Manchester United/FC Porto v Villarreal/Arsenal
Barcelona/Bayern Munich v Liverpool/Chelsea

Best draw possible for us, I expect we will meet Barca in the final.

Ugh, Utd have it easy. I'd love to see Porto beat them, but there's little chance of that. I'm interested to see how Arsenal would do against Utd though. As for Liverpool... it could have been easier. I reckon we can beat Chelsea, even with their current hiddink run. Duno who we'd get next though, both Barca and Munich are on top form - that'll be one hell of a match!
