I just watched 'choke'. Been looking for it for a while now. Was alright but not as good as the book. Bit of a shame really.

Defiance - excellent
Twilight - appalling
The Spirit - hysterically funny

The strangers. Pretty generic and boring.

What's the deal with the accent, though? It always confused me... Polish brothers and they're speking amongst themselves in English WITH Polish accent. In my opinion they should decide between speak Polish, because that's where they're from, or speak English, and assume it's just a movie. But speak English without accent! It just doesn't make sense, in my opinion.

That reminds me of The Reader, which I went to see last week. They're supposed to be German, but they talk English with German accents... bit silly really.
Still, I thought it was good. Ralph Fiennes
Anyway, the last film I watched was Airplane, last night. Fucking hilarious. At first I thought it would be shite because it's older comedy, and usually it takes a lot to properly make me laugh, but Airplane had me in fits.
Small change got rained on with his own thirty-eight, and nobody flinched, down by the arcade.

I'm not sure what the logic was there either. Didn't bother me though. And I though they were from Belarus, not Poland?

,
We had to read the book at school. I didn't like it much, but I'm a bit curious about the film anyway.
Speaking of accents: In the German dubbed film someone who speaks with a Scottish, Australian etc accent will occasionally have distinct Austrian or some kind of regional German accent. I find it really weird!

Ah, don't know, I haven't seen it yet... I just read they were Polish, guess I was wrong.

^ Isn't that the one where upon release everyone thought it was a snuff movie and that the cast had really been eaten and filmed? And the cast went along with it and "dissapeared" for a little while? Something like that, anywhos.. Might not be that film though, I can't quite remember.
Anyway, last movie I watched was probably, umm, Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman? Not had a great deal of time for movies lately, around other things, despite me getting another 10+ in the last 10 days or so.
