^ ew. I'm not at all a Tim Burton fan, but I will say I find many of his films tolerable. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory however was snooze fest and a disgrace to the Gene Wilder version.
I just watched National Treasure for the billionth time. Never gets boring, it just makes me want to be a explorer even more.

It was very good, actually. At times it almost came off like a wrestling documentary, like when the backstage bits were on and that. The film basically hinged on the fact that Mickey Rourke played the character so well it was impossible not to like him or have sympathy for him. A lesser performance and the film wouldn't have worked.
Word round the camp fire is that old Mickey might just get the Oscar for this. Personally, I'd like to see it happen.
